O'Neill has been making really, really good competition vests for a long time. They have been continually setting the industry standard for performance driven technology while everyone else plays catch up. Well, O'Neill has done it once again with the HyperFreak Comp Vest, their mast advanced vest design to date.
New for the HyperFreak Vest is their TechStretch 2.0 Neoprene for a softer, stretchier feel. Once you put this vest on you will know what we are talking about. Wrap around paneling gives the rider great mobility and gives the vest a clean appearance. Built with their Nytrolite Foam, this foam is 3x lighter than the PVC foam in nearly every other vest. Even better, its closed cell foam structure helps it absorb 15-20% less water so that it stays ultra lightweight even once it gets wet. The NytroLite Foam is 10% more buoyant, allowing them to use less foam in this vest and still have the same level of flotation. A popular feature of course is its reversible design, giving you basically two vests for the price of one. Depending on your mood that day you can choose which side to wear out.
The latest and greatest from O'Neill, the HyperFreak Comp Vest is the best in the business right now.
